Playable Technology Limited is the data controller responsible for your personal data collected through the
App.

We collect anonymous usage data through Google Analytics to understand how users interact with the App.
This includes:

This data is collected automatically and does not identify you personally.

2.2 Crash and Performance Data

We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports and performance data to help us identify and fix
technical issues. This may include:

• Crash logs and stack traces

• Device information (model, operating system version)

• App version and state at time of crash

• Performance metrics

This data is collected automatically when crashes or performance issues occur and does not include
personally identifiable information.

2.3 Data We Do Not Collect

The App does not collect or store:

• Names, email addresses, or contact information

• Account details (no accounts are required)

• Precise location data

• Photos, files, or media from your device

• Payment or financial information

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data solely to:

• Understand how users interact with the App to improve features and user experience

• Identify and fix bugs, crashes, and technical issues

• Monitor App performance and stability

We do not use this data for advertising, marketing, or any other purposes.

4.1 Third-Party Services


The App uses the following third-party services that may collect data:

• Firebase Crashlytics: Collects crash reports and performance data. Data is processed in accordance
with Google's Privacy Policy

We do not sell, rent, or trade any data collected through the App to third parties.

We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities
(e.g., court orders or government agencies).

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

All subscriptions and payments for Skoog iOS are handled securely through Apple's in-app purchase
system. Playable Technology Limited does not receive, process, or store any payment information directly.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.

Apple's handling of payment information is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

6. Children's Privacy

Skoog iOS is suitable for users of all ages, including children,
and may be used in schools and educational environments.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The anonymous usage and crash data
collected through Google Analytics and Crashlytics does not identify individual users, including children.

Parents and guardians should be aware that the App collects anonymous usage data as described in
Section 2.

7. Data Retention

Usage data collected through Google Analytics is retained for 14 months in accordance with Google's data
retention policies.

Crash data collected through Crashlytics is retained for 90 days.

You can request deletion of any data associated with your device by contacting us at info@playable.tech.

8. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the data we collect. However,
please note that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

The App uses Google's secure infrastructure for data collection and storage. Google maintains
industry-standard security practices.

9. Your Rights

Under applicable data protection laws (including UK GDPR), you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you

• Request correction of inaccurate data

• Request deletion of your data

• Object to processing of your data

• Withdraw consent at any time

Since the App collects only anonymous usage data not tied to your identity, exercising some of these rights
may be limited. However, you can:

• Disable analytics tracking through your device settings

• Opt out of personalised advertising through your device settings (though we do not use advertising)

• Contact us to request deletion of data associated with your device identifier

10. Opt-Out Options

You can limit data collection by:

• Disabling analytics through your iOS device Settings > Privacy > Analytics & Improvements > Share
iPhone Analytics (turn off)

• Uninstalling the App

Note: Disabling analytics will not affect your ability to use the App's features.

11. International Data Transfers

Data collected through Google Analytics and Crashlytics may be processed and stored on servers located
outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States.

Google complies with applicable data protection laws and implements appropriate safeguards for
international data transfers.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App, our data practices, or
legal requirements.

We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy when changes are made. Significant
changes will be communicated through the App or on our website.

Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
