1. Introduction

This End User Licence Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Skoog iOS app ("the App"). By
downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

2. Licence Grant

Playable Technology Limited grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to install and use
the App on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Licensed Application End
User License Agreement (LAEULA) as set forth in the App Store Terms of Service.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse-engineer the App.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

3.1 Skoog iOS requires an active subscription to access its features and content. Subscriptions are
available on a monthly or annual basis.

3.2 All payments and renewals are processed and handled securely through Apple's in-app
purchase system in accordance with Apple's standard terms and conditions.

3.3 Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of
the current billing period.

3.4 You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account
settings.

3.5 If you cancel, you will retain access to the App's features until the end of the current billing
period.

3.6 Subscriptions may be purchased by users of any age in accordance with Apple's policies. Users
under 18 should obtain parental or guardian consent before subscribing.

4. Refunds

All refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policies. Playable Technology Limited does not process
refunds directly. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support or submit a request through your AppleID account.

5. Privacy and Data Collection

Your privacy is important to us. The App does not require account creation. For information about how we
handle data, please review our Privacy Policy at: playable.tech/privacy

By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

6. Content and Availability

Playable Technology Limited reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any features, content, or
functionality of the App at any time, without prior notice or liability.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, graphics, and materials within the App are the exclusive property of Playable
Technology Limited or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual
property laws of the United Kingdom and international treaties.

8. Educational Use

The App is designed for educational purposes and is suitable for all ages. Users under 18 should use the
App under appropriate parental or guardian supervision.

9. Export Compliance

You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a UK or EU government
embargo, or that has been designated by the UK or EU government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and
that you are not listed on any UK or EU government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

10. Changes to This Agreement

Playable Technology Limited reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will update the
"Last updated" date at the top of this Agreement when changes are made. Your continued use of the App
after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. We encourage you to review this
Agreement periodically.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express
or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose,
or non-infringement.

Playable Technology Limited does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free
from viruses or other harmful components.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Playable Technology Limited, its directors, employees, and
licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any
loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the App, even if
advised of the possibility of such damages.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental
damages, Playable Technology Limited's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Termination

13.1 Playable Technology Limited reserves the right to terminate or suspend this licence at any time
if you breach these terms.

13.2 Upon termination of this licence, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from
your devices.

13.3 Termination of this licence does not affect any subscription payments already made.
Subscription cancellations and refunds remain subject to Apple's policies as set out in Section 4.

14. Third-Party Terms

Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Terms of Service and any other applicable third-party terms.
In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and Apple's terms, Apple's terms shall prevail with
respect to matters governed by Apple.

15. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, such
provision shall be modified to reflect the parties' intention or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary,
and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and
Playable Technology Limited regarding the App and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings,
whether written or oral.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Any disputes arising
from or relating to this Agreement or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
courts of Scotland.
